Are you looking for a nutritious and delicious snack that will give you a boost of energy? This No-Bake Energy Bites recipe is easy to make, full of feel-good ingredients, and irresistibly delicious!
They’re the perfect mid-day pick-me-up or an energy-packed way to start the day.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes

  • 2 cups dates finely chopped

  • 100 gr dark chocolate drops

  • 1/2 cup dried berries

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor or just

  • Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined

  • Cover the mixing bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, or until the mixture is chilled. (This will help the mixture stick together more easily.)

  • Roll into mixture into 1-inch balls

  • Then enjoy immediately! Or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months
